Glass
Everyone who has already worked with Decorative Art Paste knows that it works on glass. Below is a sample of special glass recently introduced by a company in Denver Colorado called D & L Stained Glass. It is called DichroArt Glass and was slumped into the ribbon shape prior to applying the paste.
Click the photo to see a close up of this awesome class and click their name above to visit their site.
Also below you will find a floral vase on which the Rose Copper Decorative Art Paste was added.

Here are two photos of glass that was slumped in a kiln (available from us already slumped in July) that we have added the white Decorative Art Paste to.

Black Iris Studios joins forces with Etchall.
Black Iris Studios is working with Etchall to bring you an awesome new technique using stencils with Etchall and then accenting the etched area with our paste. Below is a sample of Spectrum Amber Glass that was fire polished to smooth the edges and then etched and the paste applied. Tony recently taught this piece in Portugal to a tremendously enthusiastic audience. Click the photo for a larger sample.
Black Iris Studios was not invited to the Dewberry Event this year but you can stop by the Etchall booth and take a look at this wonderfully exciting combination. Here are two more examples that you will be able to see in Barb's booth in Florida.

The purple suncatcher uses the new Metallic Purple Paste and the teal suncatcher uses the new Metallic Teal Paste. Click either photo for a larger picture.
